The problem

Like most home-service businesses, Dazzle & Shine ran on spreadsheets, sticky notes, and disconnected apps that were never built for a cleaning operation — creating friction from the first inquiry to the moment a cleaner showed up at the door.

• Customer payments made easy — pay-by-link, morning-of auto-invoices, and an on-site QR "Take Payment" option
• "Offer to the team" job board — open jobs are broadcast and the first available cleaner claims them (Uber-style), with time-clash protection
• Contractor payouts — automated splits via Stripe Connect, with each cleaner onboarded to receive their own payments
• Guided 7-step job screen — a provider playbook that keeps quality consistent on every clean
• Async video-interview screening for faster, standardized hiring
• Three-tier pricing (standard, deep, move-in/move-out) that protects margins and reduces scope creep
• Ratings, reviews & Google-review capture, plus an installable home-screen app (PWA)

A comprehensive AI-strategy proposal package developed in alignment with Ghana's National AI Strategy 2025–2035 — reframing the country's execution gap as a live national risk and giving leaders a practical path from vision to action.

The challenge

Ghana's national strategy set the vision. What was missing was the execution framework — the ministry-level guidance to turn policy into operational reality. Without it, the strategy risked becoming another document that looks good on paper but doesn't hold.

What was delivered

• A full 8-page repositioned proposal built around Ghana's real execution challenges — governance, workforce readiness, infrastructure, and institutional capacity
